I’ll be honest, I didn’t make the decision to eat healthy in college out of a moral obligation. It was totally a selfish decision!
I wanted to have more energy for late-night study sessions, feel better in my skin, and not be tempted by the unlimited supply of fast food and processed snacks on campus.
Plus, I knew that eating healthy would give me a mental and physical edge to tackle the demands of college life. I was super determined to make this change, but the only problem was: how could I eat healthy on a college budget?
